Solar Sample Pack I: Audified NASA Spacecraft Data for Music Production and Research
收藏资源简介:
A curated collection of sounds derived from NASA spacecraft data, gathered over a decade of solar wind audification research. Some contain raw data played back as audio. Others have been isolated and shaped for music production. Includes atmospheric textures (solar rotational hum, low-frequency space rumble), percussion hits carved from magnetic field fluctuations, coronal mass ejection sonifications from Parker Solar Probe, lightning-generated whistlers, magnetosheath lion roars, electromagnetic chorus, interplanetary shocks, HARP magnetospheric field line resonances, and the "Mother of All Whooshes" proton-cyclotron wave storm. Spacecraft represented: Wind, ACE, Parker Solar Probe, MMS, THEMIS, Van Allen Probes, Cluster, and OMNI. Each subfolder contains an EVENT_INFO.txt with spacecraft, instrument, date/time, and associated publications where applicable. The underlying data is from NASA and is public domain.
