The DPK 250V vector database is an object-oriented mapping database of criteria 1: 250 000. The objects are divided into eight object groups: mathematical elements, settlements and objects, communications, relief, hydrography, soil coverage, boundaries and dividing lines, geographical names. The data set is used for “coarse” orientation in space, for the purposes of transparent and thematic displays.
