Differential transcript usage in the Parkinson's disease brain

Raw data and findings of:"Differential transcript usage in the Parkinson's disease brain".Code to reproduce findings at: https://github.com/fifdick/DTUinPDbrain- "DTU_events.txt" contains result statistics of both DRIMSeq and DEXSeq for all transcripts- "TPM_mat.txt" contains TPMs (after using tximport) for all transcripts. Additional column indicates whether the transcript was removed from further down-stream analysis or survived pre-filtering-"sample_info.txt" contains the meta-data file used to run the DTU analysis with the code provided.
