ddRAD-seq data on Woodpecker Finches and Mangrove Finches from Darwin's Galapagos Islands

This study sought to distinguish the phylogenetic relationships of the three subspecies of Woodpecker Finch (Camarhynchus pallidus) and the closely related Mangrove Finch. It also sought to determine whether the subspecies of Woodpecker Finch on San Cristobal Island (Camarhynchus pallidus striatipecta) is a distinct species and non-monophyletic with the other Woodpecker Finch subspecies.
