3D data from T-LiDAR describing tree trunks with bark singularities, and corresponding manual measurements

This dataset contains 3D data coming from T-LiDAR describing tree trunks of different species, and singularities of the bark surface potentially linked to internal wood defects. Hand-made characterization of the singularities is also provided. The dataset is structured in training data for establishing Random Forests classification of the defects and trunk data for evaluation purposes on oak and beech trees
