PAV-aware evidence tiers for UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project plasma cis-pQTLs: resource, code and pre-registration (v1.2)

Categorical evidence tiers (T1–T4) with eQTL-anchoring, protein-altering-variant, cross-platform, mass-spectrometry and cross-ancestry annotations for all 14,472 UKB-PPP European-ancestry cis-pQTL credible sets, with the frozen pre-registration and addendum, analysis and figure code, figure source data and results workbooks. Version 1.1 adds pre-registered addendum A2 (ARIC and Fenland SomaScan v4 cohorts) and resource v2.2.
