The study 'Industrial Environment and Reproduction 1992-1997, part 4' is a description of male's urine specimen. The study is very extensive. For this reason it is divided in seven parts. The present study (part 4) is concerned with testing male's urine specimens for metals, which might stem from industrial environment #Further more this study is divided in two parts, a fragment for metal workers and a fragment for non-metal workers. #The purpose of the study is to clarify if industrial environment, health and lifestyle of metal workers have any significance according to involuntary childlessness and early pregnancy loss. The specimens are examined for health damaging materials that might stem from industrial environment. # #Focus is on following conditions: #1. Use of refrigerant, lubricant and cutting means #2. Working posture #3. Organic solvents #4. Shift work #5. Stress #Further more the study has to clarify influence of leisure habits and consumption of medicine, coffee, tobacco and alcohol
