Single-cell, paired heavy- and light-chain immunoglobulin sequencing of B cells from peripheral blood and synovial tissue of rheumatoid arthritis subjects

In this study, we investigated the B cell repertoire present in peripheral blood and synovial tissue from subjects with established rheumatoid arthritis. The paired heavy- and light-chain immunoglobulin genes were sequenced from individual plasmablasts isolated from PBMCs and individual B cells isolated from synovial tissue.
