In this study, we conducted a field experiment by mono-planting tomato for five-season and tomato biomass, yield, bacterial wilt of tomato suppression were determined to evaluate the effects of BIOs and nursery strategy. 16S rRNA and ITS pyrosequencing were applied to investigate the response of microbial community to this new strategy application. The objective of this study were to answer the following questions: (1) What is the results of BIOs and nursery strategy application after five season mono-planting? (2) Does these treatments shift microbial community composition and structure? (3) Does the bacterial wilt of tomato suppression correlated with other microbes and physical-chemical properties of soil? (4) what drives microbial community shifting?
