ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES OF CEREAL KIDNEY EXTRACTS

This article analyzes the antioxidant properties of cereal grain extracts and their importance in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Cereal grains are rich in biologically active compounds, including vitamin E, flavonoids, phenolic acids and other natural antioxidants. These compounds reduce the activity of free radicals in the body, reduce oxidative stress and protect cells from damage.
