ITS rDNA of desertified soil Raw sequence reads

The field experiment was conducted to examine which specific taxa are stimulated by woody amendments at the study base of Ningxia Forestry Institute, located in the Yinchuan Belly Desert (106°08'~107°22'E, 38°28'~38°42'N), which surrounds the Yellow River in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China.The native landscape was historically grassland steppe, but became desertified after more than a millennium of agricultural activities. The field experiment was a randomized split plot design with (1) tillage followed by irrigation (_Ir), and (2) tillage followed by no irrigation as the main plots, and four different soil amendment treatments, each with five replicates as subplots within each block.
