Press aid: ranking of press titles supported

In the interests of transparency, the Ministry of Culture publishes each year a list of press titles that have received direct aid. The press plays an essential role in informing citizens and disseminating currents of thought and opinion. It allows events to be put into perspective, analyses to be compared and thus leads to the construction of a genuine cultural and political awareness. For this reason, the State has long been committed to supporting the sector. In 2022, the Ministry of Culture paid a total of €110.4 million in direct aid in 2022, including €28 million under the six aids for pluralism, €51 million for aid for transport and dissemination and €31.4 million for investment aid. All such aid has its source in texts published in the Official Journal and is based on objective criteria which guarantee the neutrality and impartiality of grant decisions.为保障政务透明度，文化部（Ministry of Culture）每年都会公布获得直接资助的报刊名录。 报刊在向公民传递资讯、传播思想与观点方面发挥着不可或缺的核心作用。它能够帮助民众厘清事件全貌、比对多元分析视角，进而助力构建真正意义上的文化与政治认知。正因如此，国家长期以来始终致力于扶持该行业发展。 2022年，文化部全年累计拨付直接资助资金共计1.104亿欧元，其中包含面向多元性扶持的6项资助共计2800万欧元、用于运输与传播扶持的5100万欧元，以及投资扶持资金3140万欧元。 所有此类资助均以《官方公报》（Official Journal）发布的法定文本为依据，并以客观准则作为资助决策的判定基础，切实保障了资助流程的中立性与公正性。
