Oral and Gut Microbiome of a 4-NQO-Induced Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Mouse Model

Microbial dysbiosis is known to be involved in cancer progression and development through a variety of mechanisms. In particular, it is known that OSCC patients have an imbalance of oral microbiota. Therefore, we sought to determine the impact of oral and gut microbiota on cancer development using a 4-NQO-induced OSCC mouse model.
