Small scale modelling of bank erosion and protection measures by Leblois et al.

This dataset gathers videos showing small scale experiments in a flume where bank erosion is studied. Several protection techniques regarding both the bank toe (no protection, riprap, single fascine, double fascine) and the bank talus (nothing or geotextile) were tested, thus resulting in 4x2=8 test series. Three meanders were systematically tested. The videos were prepared based on timelapse pictures. Each video is named according to the test series (numbered from "00_" to "07_"), the bank toe protection ("nothing_", or "riprap_" or "single_fascine_" or "double_fascine_"), then if geotextile was present, it is noted "geotextile_" and finally a number: 1, 2, or 3 denoting which meander is filmed. Only the tests with single fascines were studied in Leblois et al. (2024 River Research and Applications).
