The VCF file contains genotypes for 4 male and 4 female frogs of 4 species, H. arborea, H. intermedia, H. orientalis, and H. molleri. H. arborea sample names begin with "Ha", H. intermedia with "Hi", H. orientalis with "Ho", and H. molleri with "Hm". Samples with names containing "F" are female, samples with names containing "M" are male. Genotyping-by-sequencing libraries were constructed with restriction enzymes EcoRI and MseI, with a selective nucleotide on the MseI PCR primer. Single-end Illumina reads were aligned to a low-coverage draft genome of H. arborea, and SNPs called with SAMtools. Raw genotypes were filtered based on genotype quality, missing data, and minor allele frequency.
