Wild type mice with or without high fat diet Overall design: Whole livers from C57BL/6 mice with HDAC6 or HDAC9 deletion, and wild type control with or without high fat diet after weaning (3/group). RNA was isolated and subjected to Mouse430a; Affymetrix microarrays.
