Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 1st amendment Hamburg

In § 2 of the Law on the Development Plan Neugraben- Fischbek 55 of 21 May 1980 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 60), the following point 4 is added: 4. In commercial areas, exceptions for arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of § 33(i) of the Trade Code, which are used for the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, shall be excluded.’
