This is the assembled chr6 genome sequences of Salvia miltiorrhiza used in article Expansion within the CYP71D subfamily in Salvia miltiorrhiza drove the heterocyclization that characterizes tanshinone biosynthesis.<br><br>All scaffolds are uploaded to NCBI Genome Center under bioproject PRJNA682867. This chr6 is a pseudo-chromosome data assembled using Hi-C technology. <br>
