Datasets for Fungtion: A Server for Predicting and Visualizing Fungal Effector Proteins

This dataset contains the training and independent benchmark FASTA datasets used for the development and evaluation of Fungtion, a tool for predicting and visualizing fungal effector proteins. The upload includes positive and negative protein sequence sets for both the training dataset and the independent benchmark dataset: - Fungtion_Training_Positive.fasta- Fungtion_Training_Negative.fasta- Fungtion_Independent_Positive.fasta- Fungtion_Independent_Negative.fasta These datasets accompany the publication “Fungtion: A Server for Predicting and Visualizing Fungal Effector Proteins” and are provided here to support reproducibility and reuse. The Fungtion source code is available from the associated GitHub repository.
