The samples are grouped by participating centers and sequentially numbered based on their enrollment time. It records the specimen identification numbers, gender, age, positive reaction bands, genotype, HCV RNA quantitative value and its log-transformed value, as well as ALT and AST levels for the genotype 1b serum samples.
