This dataset consists of single-nucleus RNA-seq and single-cell ATAC-seq (10X multiome) data from 3 embryonic stages (E14.5-16.5) of pancreatic epithelial cells from Neurogenin3 (Ngn3)-Venus fusion (NVF) homozygous mice. Endocrine progenitor cells (NVF+) were enriched by FACS cell sorting. Overall design: 4 single cell RNA seq experiments were performed (E14.5, E15.5 (1), E15.5 (2), E16.5) using 10X Genomics technology to generate single cell transcriptomic and ATAC-seq profiles of embryonic pancreatic epithelial cells from a Neurogenin3 (Ngn3)-Venus fusion (NVF) reporter mouse line. Cells were sorted and NVF+ and NVF- cells mixed (2/3, 1/3) to enrich for endocrine Ngn3+ progenitors. Cells were sampled from pancreata of E14.5,E15.5 and E16.5 embryos.
