Determination of mRNA localisation in HEK293 cells with and without the depletion of CNOT1 HEK293 cells were treated with control or CNOT1-targeting siRNA for 48hrs. Cell lysates were then separated into cytosolic and ER fractions. The RNA in each fraction was sequenced.
