Excessively ancient genic regions in Africans

The first file contains the genic regions which are excessively ancient in Africans, and they can be candidates for long-term balancing selection or other forces. The first three columns indicate the gene position and the last three columns indicate the 1kb genomic window. 

The second file contains the complete file of diversity in all 1kb genomic windows. First column: start position of the kb window, second column: average pairwise TMRCA (in generations), third column: chromosome number. If the second column is zero, it means the genomic window does not pass our filter (Details described in the paper).
