通过对园区各设备用电数据的详细统计和分析,掌握各类设备在不同区域的电力消耗情况(每月的用电量、每日用电均值、用电峰值、用电最低值以及用电增长率等),根据用电增长率针对性地管理和优化设备的能源消耗,降低能耗成本,提高园区的可持续发展能力。1、数据采集:通过“交投智能科创园能源管理平台”,对“用电数据”进行实时采集。
2、数据处理:以设备名称和点位名称作为唯一标识,通过筛选数据库中的记录,提取出每个设备的类别、区域、起始时间、起始时间读数、结束时间、结束时间读数等信息。
3、算法规则:每户平均每日用量=用电量/天数;日均用电量增长率=每户当月用电量与上月用电量的比值;其中增长率大于100%为重点关注设备;增长率在50%~100%之间为次级关注设备;增长率小于50%为一般关注设备。
4、数据应用:通过可视化界面直观展现各区域和设备的电力消耗情况,根据实时数据监控用电增长率,设置阈值并实施预警,以便及时应对异常用电消耗,对于重点关注设备,立即采取调查和优化措施,确保设备的正常运行和能效。对于次级关注设备,定期监测和评估,寻找优化能效的机会。对于一般关注设备,持续监测和控制,确保其能效保持在合理范围内。
This dataset is developed based on detailed statistics and analysis of power consumption data of various devices in the park, aiming to grasp the power consumption status of different types of devices in various regions, including monthly power consumption, daily average power consumption, peak power consumption, minimum power consumption, power consumption growth rate and other indicators. It enables targeted management and optimization of device energy consumption based on the power consumption growth rate, so as to reduce energy consumption costs and improve the sustainable development capability of the park.
1. Data Collection: Real-time collection of "power consumption data" is conducted through the "Jiaotou Intelligent Innovation Science Park Energy Management Platform".
2. Data Processing: Take the device name and location name as unique identifiers, filter the records in the database, and extract information such as the category, region, start time, start time reading, end time and end time reading of each device.
3. Algorithm Rules:
- Average daily power consumption per device = total power consumption / number of days;
- Daily average power consumption growth rate = the ratio of the current month's power consumption to the previous month's power consumption of each device;
- Devices with a growth rate greater than 100% are categorized as key focus devices;
- Devices with a growth rate ranging from 50% to 100% are categorized as secondary focus devices;
- Devices with a growth rate less than 50% are categorized as general focus devices.
4. Data Application: Visualize the power consumption status of each region and device through a visual interface, monitor the power consumption growth rate based on real-time data, set thresholds and implement early warnings to timely respond to abnormal power consumption. For key focus devices, immediately carry out investigations and optimization measures to ensure the normal operation and energy efficiency of the devices. For secondary focus devices, conduct regular monitoring and evaluation to find opportunities for energy efficiency optimization. For general focus devices, implement continuous monitoring and control to ensure their energy efficiency is maintained within a reasonable range.
