For each SNP in this list, its extraction number and average position in the ranking are indicated. For each approach, a 0 indicates that the SNP was not in the top 200, a non-zero value occurs if the SNP was in the top 200 and indicates how well the SNP ranks with 200 being the best ranking and 1 the worst.
