Titration of poly-T-amphiphiles, high concentration

Microscope data of DNA-nanomotifs (color channel 1) and amphiphile-nanomotifs (color channel 2). DNA-nanomotifs were mixed with a variable ratio of control- and amphiphile-motifs in 20%-steps. Imaging was performed at an ambient temperature of 40°C within the microscope enclosure. The repository contains microscope software data (NIS elements) as well as a script used for DNA-droplet segmentation.
