Ulysses HISCALE LEMSDE deflected electron counts

This data set contains 1-hour spin averaged count rates of the deflected electron from the Ulysses Heliosphere Instrument for Spectra, Composition and Anisotropy at Low Energies (HI-SCALE) Low Energy Foil Spectrometer at 30 degrees to the spacecraft spin axis.
