Gene expression of mouse embryonic gonad [wild type male]

To analyze the gene expression profiles of the developing embryonic male gonad, we performed expression microarray analysis of the wild type male gonads from E12.5 to E15.5. Biological duplicates were examined at each stage for each experiment.为分析发育中胚胎雄性性腺的基因表达谱，本研究对E12.5至E15.5阶段的野生型（wild type）雄性性腺开展了基因表达微阵列（expression microarray）分析。本实验在每个阶段均设置生物学重复（biological duplicates）样本进行检测。
