This datasets.tar.gz contains scRNA-seq data of 15 AML subjects. Each subject has its own file (XXX_norm_sc.txt, XXX refers to the subject name). Each row refers to one cell and the first column of the file refers to the cell type (malignant/normal), the rest columns refer to genes.
