We performed RNA-sequencing with human embryonic stem cell derived cultures in the presence of WNT3a or WNT antagonist DKK1 to identify WNT targets in the differentiated endoderm cells. Furthermore, we also performed ChIP-sequencing with the differentiated endoderm cells to characterize the actual genomic regions directly regulated via the WNT-activated transcription factor TCF7L2.
