Processed genomic datasets supporting genomic analyses of the Formica selysi × Formica cinerea hybrid zone

These processed datasets support the analyses contained in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/SNFark/Formica_Hybrid_Zone_Genomics The datasets include the processed inputs required to reproduce the introgression and F1 incompatibility analyses presented in the accompanying manuscript investigating introgression, hybrid incompatibilities, and structural genomic variation in the Formica selysi × F. cinerea hybrid zone. Formica_Hybrid_Zone_Genomics_Introgression_Inputs.zip contains DIEM-derived inputs and associated processed files used to identify and characterise introgressed regions of interest (ROIs). Formica_Hybrid_Zone_Genomics_F1_Windowed_PCA_Inputs.zip contains chromosome-specific windowed local PCA inputs used to quantify realised parental variation and identify genomic incompatibility patterns in F1 hybrids. These datasets are provided to facilitate reproducibility of the analyses described in the accompanying manuscript.
