Spectral Index Values of MSAVI and NDWI in a Resorted Wetland in Plymouth, MA

Research Data and Code - Investigating spatiotemporal trends of Modified Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (MSAVI) and Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) values in a restored wetland in Plymouth, MA from April 2021-March 2024 calculated from high-resolution satellite imagery (3m) from PlanetScope. Also included are climatic data from PRISM Climate Group at Oregon State University, and code used for data analysis.
