This contains BAM files of Hepatocystis reads identified in Papio and Chlorocebus samples mapped to the Hepatocystis reference genome as well as major and minor allele calls for cHEP and pHEP called with ANGSD, both individually and jointly. Nucleotide alignments have been added in the latest version.
