1, Male, 20 y/o, ataxia-telangiectasia. 5, Female, 57 y/o, ductal breast cancer at 52 y/o, non-medullary thyroid cancer at 30 y/o. 7, Female, 47 y/o, ductal breast cancer at 46. 8, Female, 33 y/o, ductal breast cancer at 32. 9, Male, 56 y/o, no history of cancer. He had a strong family history of cancer on the paternal side of family (a paternal aunt with ovarian cancer, a paternal uncle with pancreatic cancer, a cousin with ovarian cancer, a cousin with breast cancer, a cousin with melanoma, and a cousin with colon cancer). BRCA1 mutation was previously identified in his family.
