Solubility of lactose, mannitol and maltose in binary water-organic solvent mixtures

The dataset contains solubility values of water-soluble excipients (lactose monohydrate, lactose anhydrous, D-mannitol, maltose), determined experimentally to support the design of antisolvent crystallisation for API-excipient co-processing in the project ManCoProc – ‘Advanced manufacturing of drug substances by co-processing with excipients through heteronucleation in a milifluidic device’. The experiments were carried out between October 2024 and June 2025. The data set contains parts of results of ManCoProc project: ‘Advanced manufacturing of drug substances by co-processing with excipients through heteronucleation in a milifluidic device’.
