Cross-CZO 16S rRNA 515f/806r reads

These are the mapping file, raw forward and reverse reads generated from 16S sequencing (515f/806r) of ~180 soils collected across the US within different critical zone observatories (CZOs). This study was designed to investigate changes in bacterial communities with soil depth across a wide range of geographic zones.
