We performed USP39 iCLIP2 in HEK293T WT cells Overall design: 3 biological replicates were subjected to the iCLIP2 procedure with UV-crosslinking at 254 nm. For IPs an anti-USP39 antibody was used. No UV treatment served as negative control. For each sample 2 regions were cut from the membrane designated with L = low and H = high.
