DIDACTIC MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPING TOURISM-RELATED CONCEPTS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

The integration of tourism education into primary school curricula has become increasingly important in developing children's awareness of cultural heritage, environmental sustainability, and national identity. Tourism-related concepts contribute to students' cognitive, emotional, and social development by encouraging exploration of historical sites, natural landscapes, and cultural traditions. This study investigates the didactic mechanisms that facilitate the development of tourism-related concepts among primary school students. A qualitative research design was employed, including classroom observation, document analysis, interviews with teachers, and analysis of educational activities implemented in primary schools.
