Dialysis-induced changes in selected blood parameters

Blood parameters measured in haemodialysis patients from Medical University of Lublin, Poland (arterial blood samples collected at the beginning and at the end of haemodialysis sessions). Haematological parameters: haematocrit (HCT), whole-blood haemoglobin (HGB), red blood cell count (RBC), and mean corpuscular volume of red blood cells (MCV) measured using the automatic haematology analyzer Advia® 2120 (Siemens Healthcare). Total plasma protein (TPP) and plasma sodium concentration measured using the clinical chemistry analyzer Advia® 1800 (Siemens Healthcare).
