Pregnancy Loss Cohort Dataset
收藏资源简介:
This study was based on a large-scale prospective cohort established at the Reproductive Medicine Center of ** Hospital. Recruitment spanned three waves between 2019 and 2023, enrolling a total of 2,065 non-pregnant women aged 18-45 years with a documented history of at least one pregnancy loss (PL). All participants were rigorously screened to exclude those with known etiologies for PL (e.g., chromosomal aberrations, uterine anomalies), focusing specifically on the population with "unexplained" pregnancy loss (uPL). The dataset encompasses comprehensive baseline variables including demographics, reproductive and gynecological history, and clinical characteristics of prior losses. Participants were prospectively monitored over an 18-month period to track subsequent reproductive trajectories (including conception status and pregnancy outcomes). Data were collected via structured questionnaires, medical record abstraction, and telephone interviews, and managed with a double-entry verification system for quality control.
