RNA-Seq raw data

Maize seeds was surface disinfected, then germinated under dark conditions. After germination, the seedlings grew in 28±2℃ light and 25±2℃ night in greenhouse. After reaching the 3-leaf stage, half of the seedlings were treated with γ-PGA (10 KD) solution for 3 days, and the maize roots of the treated group and the untreated group were taken for RNAseq . RNA sequencing and primary bioinformatics analysis were performed by BGI Tech Solutions Co., Ltd. (She nzhen, China). Primary sequencing data (raw read) were produced by Illumina HiSeq™ 2000.
