Transcriptome of liver extracts issue from mice treated with Diphenyl Phosphate (DPhP)

We reports transcriptomic changes observed in the liver of mice treated by 3 concentration of DPhP through drinking water (0.1 mg/L (C1), 1mg/L (C2), 10mg/L(C3)). Mice were treated from 5 to 17 weeks. 4 groups of animals were untreated, or treated with the 3 different concentrations C1, C2, C3. Livers from a same group were pooled and a crude extract was performed before RNA quantification. Four analytical replicates were performed for each group.
