RNAseq of Bombus trifasciatus under different temperatures

Bumblebees are a group of creatures belonging to the genus Bombus (Hymenoptera: Apidae). There are about 250 known bumblebee species belonging to 15 subgenera, mainly limited to temperate, alpine and arctic zones of the northern hemisphere. Bombus trifasciatus is a widespread oriental bumblebee species, here we sequence 15 RNAseq datasets of this species to show the gene expression patterns under different temperatures.
