We employed RNA-sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes between two wild-derived inbred mouse strains. These strains exhibit high collateral blood vessel densities, but differ in widely in infarct volume following middle artery occlusion. This experiment helped facilitate identification of candidate loci underlying this differential response. 我们采用RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)技术,在两株野生来源的近交系小鼠品系间筛选差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes)。上述品系均具备较高的侧支血管密度,但在大脑中动脉闭塞(middle artery occlusion)后的梗死体积(infarct volume)上呈现显著差异。本实验可为介导该差异响应的候选基因座(candidate loci)的筛选提供助力。本研究同时对大脑中动脉闭塞后梗死体积存在差异的品系间的差异表达基因进行了分析。
