Published in Journal of Food Composition and Analysis (2023). https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jfca.2023.105275 The dataset includes stable isotope data (δ13C and δ15N) of commercial ketchup samples and their main ingredients (tomato, sugar, vinegar), as well as estimated contributions of C3 and C4 plant-derived carbon sources.
