D3-DNA: Data and Model Weights for DNA Discrete Diffusion

Data files and pretrained model weights for D3: DNA Discrete Diffusion, a discrete diffusion framework for conditional generation of DNA regulatory sequences. V2 additions: Adds D3_Conv_DeepSTARR.pth and D3_Conv_MPRA_HepG2.pth (SEDD-format convolutional backbones; d3_dna.io.load_checkpoint handles both .ckpt and .pth). README updated. V4 additions: Adds Oracle_promoter.sei.names feature mask necessary to run inference with Oracle_Promoter.pth.tar README updated. V5 additions: Adds the tabulated sequence + RNA/DNA counts for the wet lab validation assays.
