This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing transaction and consumption-related data on the demand for printed fabrics from enterprise customers in the Shandong region. Its core goals include understanding customers' demand volume, purchasing power level and consumption preferences, evaluating the market popularity of the printed fabric product, and assisting all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies so as to provide personalized products and services for users more effectively. It also helps enterprises gain a better understanding of their customer base: enterprises can communicate with high-tier customers 1 to 2 times per month, with mid-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and with low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, thereby developing more precise production and marketing strategies. The dataset construction workflow consists of the following four steps: 1. Data Collection: Collect transaction-related data regarding customers' daily demand for printed fabrics. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the formula: $P = left( frac{a_1}{b_1} + frac{a_2}{b_2} + frac{a_3}{b_3} ight) * k$, where $k$ is the regional consumption coefficient with values varying across different regions. According to empirical experience, the $k$ value for the Shandong region is set to 0.8. Here, $a_1$ refers to the minimum single-order quantity, $b_1$ refers to the minimum single-order consumption amount, $a_2$ refers to the maximum single-order quantity, $b_2$ refers to the maximum single-order consumption amount, $a_3$ refers to the average single-order quantity, and $b_3$ refers to the average single-order consumption amount. 4. Customer Classification and Tiering: Divide customers into three tiers based on their calculated demand scores: customers with a score above 1500 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score within the range of 1000 to 1500 are marked as "mid-tier", and those with a score below 1000 are marked as "low-tier".
