Purpose: To understand the transcriptome-wide effect of CYP3A5 knockdown or over-expression in AsPC-1 cells Overall design: Methods: We obtained expression profiles of cancer cell line AsPC-1 by RNA-sequencing in various conditions. mRNA profiles of each cell line were obtaiend in triplicate using Illumina-based RNA-Sequencing. Sequencing was conducted as paired-end 100bp reads. The respective controls groups are labeled with "NC" which are samples without Doxycycline, and siNC which are treated with siNon-targeting
