Appendix 4: Process Log – Co-constructing with AI

It is impossible to document my every interaction with GenAI in the writing of this MA thesis – it would be the equivalent of cataloguing every word search in an academic article PDF or every time Word suggests a correction – so this Process Log provides an overview of how I developed an understanding of GenAI in a research context. Throughout I used the free versions of the LLMs and APIs as these are available to all students.
