Dataset of human skin and fingernails images for non-invasive haemoglobin level assessment

The dataset consists of RGB images of human fingers with clearly visible nail plates without artificial coatings, damaging and discoloration collected from 250 patients with known blood hemoglobin levels. The dataset is balanced by gender, with 128 male and 122 female patients. The age range of the patients spans from 18 to 95 years old, with an average age of 56 ± 20 years old. The data is anonymized and does not contain indirect patient identifiers such as age or gender. The dataset includes a metadata.csv file which contains patient information such as patient ID, measurement date, Hb level, and bounding box coordinates for the patient's nails and skin areas. The dataset also includes a folder with photographs taken for each patient, with the file format photo_data/PATIENT_ID.jpg.
